Denali SMS Terms

Denali Creative, a DBA of Stubenbordt Consulting, Inc., operates this text-message program to demonstrate its virtual-showroom software to invited testers. These terms apply to Denali Creative demo texts.

What you receive

During a demo, you may request a text containing details and a link for a vehicle shown in the software. Denali Creative creates and sends the demo messages. Vehicle information may refer to Classic Kia of Carrollton as the dealership used in the demonstration. This program does not enroll you in dealership marketing texts.

Your choice

To opt in, enter your mobile number and select the optional Denali Creative texting checkbox on our virtual-showroom form. You must be an invited tester and have permission to receive texts at that number. Each vehicle-detail text is sent only when you request it during the demo. Texting consent is not required to use the showroom or make a purchase.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for applicable charges. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or call 682-831-0900. Selecting the website checkbox again does not override a STOP request.

Privacy and contact

Read the Denali Creative Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and protect your information. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Texting opt-in data and consent are shared only with service providers acting on our behalf to deliver your requested messages.
